Focus Table Service is designed to reduce training time, increase profits and control labor costs. Features such as Table Management, Inventory Control, Reporting, Labor Scheduling, Customer Loyalty, Gift Cards and Focus Enterprise help manage and control operations to ensure your restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Focus is flexible enough to handle multiple revenue centers (table-side service, restaurant bars, curbside service, to-go, pickup and delivery orders) within the same restaurant. Restaurant reports can then be broken down and viewed for individual revenue centers.
Quick Service
Focus for Counter and Quick Service allows employees to start taking orders quickly and accurately from the day they are hired. Up to 150 buttons, which include menu items, payments and discounts, can be displayed on one screen to maximize the speed of service. Integrated credit cards and gift cards eliminate the need to use a separate machine and when using Internet based processors achieve 2-3 second authorization times.

Bars & Nightclubs
Focus excels in the Bar and Nightclub scene. Focus minimizes the number of touches to ring in an order and start a tab which increases productivity and improves customer service. With the lightning quick Focus Fast Bar Screen, the end result is a happy guest and increased profits. Bartenders can start a tab by simply swiping a credit card or entering the customer’s name. Accessing open tabs is easy when using the Tab List Screen. Up to 64 tabs can be displayed on one screen and are sorted alphabetically for easy identification and access. For those hard to remember or infrequent drink orders, bartenders can simply look up the pre-defined recipe of a cocktail or shot with a touch of a button.

Delivery
Focus Delivery provides advanced functionality that allows delivery, carryout and call in orders to be entered, accessed, processed and delivered in the most efficient manner. Integrated Caller ID features make looking up customers a snap. Customers can also be looked up manually by name, phone number or company. Once a customer is found, previous orders can be recalled and easily reordered to help speed the order taking process. Directions from the online mapping interface help drivers get orders to customers sooner and hotter!
